A roofers harness kit should be used in conjunction as added safety from falls.
It can be fitted to the under side of the extension ladder for closer work to a wall or the outer side as you get to the top of the ladder to reach a gutter etc.
it is not designed to replace trestles or scaffolding but can be used along side to access areas where they cannot reach or fit due to a neighbor fence or a pool in the way.
